President Trump tweeted this morning that he may pull U.S. out of the NAFTA Trade Agreement with Mexico and Canada. The 23 year old agreement will be entering a second renegotiation period next week. Ending the NAFTA agreement was one of Trump's biggest election promises.

There has been a lot of criticism on Capitol Hill towards President Trump on his pardon of Sheriff Joe Arpaio.Senator Blumenthal tweeted the following. Trump White House announced on Friday night that Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been given a pardon. Sheriff Joe had been found guilty early this year of disobeying a Judges Order.

Kammen resigned from his position at the State Deprtment, Among other things he wrote in the letter posted on Twitter was the following, "My decision to resign is in response to your attacks on core values of the United States. President Trump is putting out the notion that he may shut down the governernment if he does not get the funding for the wall he wants. Trump is trying to get his biggest campaign promise fulfilled to his hardcore supporters that want a wall built on the Mexican border.

There have been big changes at the the Trump White House over the past week since the debacle over the handling of the Charlottesville protests. Trump fired Steven Bannon who had helped get Trump elected and was a favorite of the conservative movement. Trump also dissolved the business advisory councils that were set up with prominent Business CEOS after several of them resigned in the aftermath of his remarks after the Charlottesville protests.
